This site (created 5 May 2017) will host templates for the creation of developmental professional portfolios. By “developmental” I mean that ongoing growth, and increasing sophistication in whatever are your target knowledge, skills, and abilities can all be documented. I hope these templates support that individualized lifelong learning for professional “development” that is truly developmental! The first <possibly, the only!> templates will focus on ethical reasoning that supports responsible conduct in – and of – research; statistical literacy; and stewardship.

Creating a portfolio that captures evidence of where you are now, and what you need to get to the next step or goal, can help orient you towards your professional goals – or re-orient you after the inevitable distractions that can seem to interrupt your professional growth and development.
